Please follow the directions below if you have changes in your contact information.

1. If you have never given your contact information to the church please go to “Click HERE for Parish Registration/Census Form” and print off the form, complete it, and return it to the church office.

2. If you have eDirectory access (requires an e-mail address), you can check the contact information the church has currently by logging on to the eDirectory. CLICK HERE to go to the eDirectory to check your information.

3. If you do not have eDirectory access, but you HAVE registered with the church, please complete the form below and submit it if you have contact information changes.

4. Please fill out only ONE form per FAMILY.

5. At the end of this form you will be able to indicate whether you want your information published in church directories.
